Phew! And that's #4 taken care of! Looking back, most of my 2009 has been about food (or most of my life...?). I'm such a pig. But well. Now that I have a part-time job that earns me at least double of the allowance I used to get from my mother pre-job, I can bear to part with a little more of my money on better (but still student-affordable) food. For me, enjoying food comes along with enjoying the company of friends I'm having that meal with, and that experience of trying something new together. So... I guess it worked out well for a food-filled 2009...? Heh :D

I'm supposed to be writing a news story by today for tomorrow's class but I can't seem to understand the instructions just recently uploaded onto Blackboard by my lecturer. My brain seemed to have gone offline along with my TwitterFox. Which explains why I'm here instead. Heh.

Anyway, it's September! The month of new and renewed television series! Woots!

I have so many shows coming up that I want to watch, but I still have a backlog of older seasons I haven't even watched yet (CSI season 9, Heroes season 3 and Chuck season 2). Ugh. I need 48 hours in one day!

So I have a 1500-word essay to do on a media structure and its regulations and how those effect/influence the content said media carries (the topic I've chosen is Singapore's Mandarin newspapers, conveniently all published by Singapore Press Holdings) by tomorrow night. And I'm still procrastinating. What's new.

I tried to make a LoudTwitter account so I can post snippets Twitter-style to my LJ when I don't feel up to posting a proper entry or the content doesn't justify my giving it weight like I would a good entry, and I realised it would be impossible to sync my Twitter and my LJ because my Twitter is private. WTH. Epic FAIL! I don't feel catered to. LoudTwitter needs to work on that. Humph.
