ようねんじだいのおわり。
Younen jidai no owari.
The end of (my) childhood.
After what seemed like forever, I've finally watched Toy Story 3 yesterday with Jay, Nat and Y (yes, I sat in between Jay and Ythe two non-believers of Pixar and animated films in generalon purpose). I was doing happy-flaily-dances of excitement even before entering the theatre and was already chair-dancing at Disney's lead-in sequence with Cinderella's (Sleeping Beauty's?) castle and and and :D
The short film before the actual movie, Day and Night, as is Pixar's tradition, was pretty cool with the totally different way of showing a movie and the story. Oh oh oh, the message in it was pretty awesome too. Aah~ So much love XD
OMG THE ACTUAL MOVIE. GUH. THE ANGST. THE EXCITEMENT. THE ACTION. THE HILARITY OMG SPANISH!BUZZ LIGHTYEAR IS SO FULL OF CRACK HAHAHA. OMG THE ESCAPE SCENE. HAHAHA MR. POTATO HEAD IS SO AWESOME. AND BARBIE IS SO BADASS. OMG THE LITTLE GREEN MEN. I was munching away at the popcorn because the others didn't want it anymore and I didn't want it to go to waste so my hand's been on auto-pilot shoving popcorn into my mouth the whole time UNTIL THE SCENE BEFORE THE LITTLE GREEN MEN. OMG THE TENSION AND THE DISBELIEF I COULDN'T BRING MYSELF TO EAT POPCORNS DURING THAT SCENE. AND THE ENDING. ACK THE ENDING! OH ANDY. It was like watching the end of my childhood because I watched the first movie at a cinema when I was seven (and I loved the Rex toy I got from MacDonald's because I play with boys' toys like LEGO and I love dinosaurs, what of it?) and it was the first ever Pixar film I watched (Luxo Jr. was the short film at the start!) and to me, Toy Story has always been THE classic Pixar film and whoa it's been 15 years already? OH ANDY. I DON'T WANT YOU TO GROW UP (digressing for a bit, Andy's kinda cute XD). AND I COULDN'T STOP CRYING. Jay was patting my arms every few seconds and Y was like, "O_O Are you crying?" YES I WAS CRYING IT WAS MY CHILDHOOD AND I DON'T WANT THE MOVIE TO END BUT IT HAD TO D': Thank goodness for the credit roll so I can collect myself and be presentable before walking out the theatre. OH. MY. GOD. I won't watch the first two movies the same way ever again D': It was awesome and even though I might bawl my eyes out all over again, I want to watch the movie again and again and again and...
I need to stop wanting to cry every time I think about the ending and Andy.
(No, f-list who may not have watched the movie just yet, please don't be put off by my SADFACE rambling. It's not a sad ending. It's a bittersweet happy ending.)

It's awesome how he plays so effortlessly what I think is extremely difficult to play right. Aah... I need a new guitar :(
