Ahaha~ I had a feeling you're not a morning person. Considering the coffee you need to start a day :D

Hmm. Well, I'm sexually legal (haha I made up that term) when I'm 16, halfway legal (eg., able to get driver's license) when I'm 18, and I'm technically an adult this year. So. Yeah. I've been boggled about my being treated like a child who needs to be fully guided and under complete control - which, coincidentally, isn't a healthy way to raise a child anyway.

I'm okay with getting approval before going out, since I'm still living with them and am still depending heavily on them financially. But I would think that she should trust me enough that I know whether going out for dinner would affect me (I don't know, my assignments and stuff?) and can decide for myself what to do.

Well, "listening" to my rants does give you a very skewed impression of my parents. But I try to take a step away from my immediate emotions and see if they have their (logical!) reasons for doing the things they do. Might still be biased, though. And I have freaked some friends out so much they have been rather unwilling to come over my place because that would mean meeting my mother XD

I don't think I'm interesting...? But thanks for the compliments *blushes!* and the virtual hugs! *hugs back*

PS.
I did get a glimpse of an article about the red dust storm in Sydney but didn't have the time to read it through. We have similar problems here in S'pore every year when forests burn in Indonesia and the smoke and dust get carried here over the sea. But it's not red though. The red dust storm looked kinda freaky actually. Apocalyptic, yes, that's the word. *shudders*
